There are a number of variables that affect how quickly we can turn a project including our current work load, the quantity and complexity of your order, and the materials that will be used to fulfill your order.
We use SolidWorks, AutoFusion 360, and BobCad. We also use e2Shop Manager software to manage our entire workflow start to finish. It begins with estimating and concludes with invoice creation. This assures we have a PO from you to begin and the price and timeframe match your expectations. The use of this innovative software allows us to save time and money which is critical to you.
We process numerous metals in our facility such as different grades of steel, stainless steel, plastics, and aluminums. We also have worked with cast iron, aluminum castings, copper, and brass. If you are unsure about our capabilities, please call, we’re happy to help.
Although we aren't ISO 9001 certified, we can provide documentation if you require it, whether it is material certification, heat treating, finishing specs, and quality control documentation.
Our shop rates vary based on numerous factors. Quantity of parts a project requires? What is the complexity of your project? What are the market conditions for raw materials needed to produce your project? What are you requiring from us when it comes to documentation of our process? We will provide an estimate for your RFQ.
For delivery, we have a van and truck. Delivery cost is determined by the vehicle required and weight of the products. When we ship, we can utilize your FedEx/UPS number if you prefer.
